Five core areas. All quoted before work starts. All carried out by us — no subcontracting on workshop work.
We build mandrel-bent, fully welded systems in a mix of 304 and 316 stainless — used together for the right balance of corrosion resistance, weldability and long-term finish. Titanium and Inconel available by special quote for weight-critical or high-temperature applications. We do both fully custom builds and pre-built systems for popular platforms.
Single or twin exit, full system, resonator and silencer choice tuned for the sound you want. Common builds: full turbo-back and cat-back systems (cat retained for road use), custom downpipes, bespoke twin-exit conversions, and one-off track systems. Quoted on the car after measure-up.
Custom aluminium intercooler kits and full charge-pipe sets, designed and fabricated to fit. Front-mount (FMIC), side-mount and top-mount setups for turbo and supercharged cars, sized to the airflow your build actually needs.
Includes core selection, end-tank fabrication, mandrel-bent aluminium piping, silicone couplers and clamps, BOV / blow-off valve mounting and bracketry. We can also fit a customer-supplied core to a custom piping kit — your call.
Brakes, intakes, induction kits, manifolds, suspension and engine components from the names we trust. We don't push parts you don't need — if a stock spec is right for your build, we'll say so.
Filters, oils, brake discs and pads, belts, bushes, sensors and the rest of the day-to-day service-and-repair list. If it's not on the shelf we order it in — usually next-day.
General workshop work for road cars and modified builds:
You get a written quote before anything starts. Nothing extra is added without your say-so.
We're not a DVSA-approved testing station ourselves — but we'll prep your car to MOT standard, arrange the test at a trusted local DVSA station, and handle the logistics. Drop the keys with us; we take it from there.
The MOT test itself is conducted by an independent DVSA-approved testing station. We charge for our prep work and any remedial repairs; the MOT test fee is set by the testing station and is paid in addition.
We take this seriously and so should you. UK law makes it an offence under the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 (reg 61a) to use a vehicle on a public road that has had emissions control equipment tampered with, removed or disabled. This includes:
Removing or disabling any of these will fail the MOT, may invalidate your insurance, and can result in a fixed penalty plus an unlimited fine on prosecution.
